When you add a VPP account in CapaInstaller, a global task will automatically be created which periodically synchronizes licenses and users between Apple and CapaInstaller.
The schedule of this synchronization task can be changed by clicking the Global Tasks menu button in System Administration, which opens the list of tasks. Right click the task "Synchronize Apple Volume Purchase Program", and select schedule. The default setting will be to synchronize once every hour.
You can manually synchronize licenses or users, by clicking either "Licenses" or "Users" inside a VPP Account and selecting "Synchronize.
