A power scheme group is the object that links power schemes and computers, and determines when to apply which power scheme to its members.
Two default power scheme groups will be created on each Configuration Management Point, named 'Computers' and 'Servers'. All servers that does not get a power scheme group assigned, will be added to the 'Servers' group, while other PCs will be added to the 'Computers' group. These two groups cannot be deleted or renamed.

Right clicking on a power scheme group gives you the following options:

Paste computers

Pastes the computers currently in the unit buffer.

Deletes the power scheme group.

Provide you with the properties for the power scheme group in the power scheme group properties window.
